Today is March 14, or 3.14. In math- the class with the most amount of nerds gathered in a single room- we all ate MoonPies that my friend brought in and laughed about 6th grade, when our math teacher had a Pi memorization contest. I remember the winner was a girl named Justine, and she memorized pi to the 300th digit! I only got to 60...
Sadly, I forgot to wish myself a happy Pi Minute (1:59), as well as Pi Second (1:59:26). Last year, Pi Day fell on a weekend, so I was able to count down to Pi Second, however this year, I was busy in band, and did not realize I had missed out on the nerdiest second of the year. Oh well, better luck next year!
