Good News: We won the championship game 1 to 0!!!!!!!!! That was an extremely difficult game, especially for me because I had a blister on each foot, and my left foot was hurting a little. But we made it through. During the first half, we were playing too much defense and not enough offense. Our defense- including me- was getting worn out. I don't really know what happened, but during the second half, we turned it around played more offense than defense. We scored our goal with about 10 minutes left. Those remaining ten minutes just dragged on....and on.....and on.....and on...and on...Our opponents were really trying hard to get a goal in. But we held them off, and won!
Bad News: My left foot was hurting. And it hurt a lot worse after the game. And it still hurt all today. It hurts when I flex my toes and when I walk. So today at school, I was half limping, and walking on the side of my foot, which was pretty uncomfortable. I didn't think it was broken, because I can wiggle my toes, however one of the parents on CJ's baseball team said that he broke his foot, but could still wiggle his toes. So, tomorrow, Mom's going to take me to a doctor. I really hope that it's not broken, and I can just take some Advil and it'll all go away. Because I absolutely, positively cannot miss the state tournament this weekend! I mean, what's the point in playing in all those games, and actually winning the division championship game, and booking a hotel room just for the tournament, to not play in it? That would be the worst case scenario ever.
